Alice is a recent graduate of University of Buffalo's DPT program, bringing a unique perspective to strength training. Alice can specialize in return-to-activity or return-to-sport as needed.

megan himes

Meg is a competitive powerlifter who has roughly a decade of strength based training experience. She works with athletes of all skill levels looking to spread the love of barbell training.
