Class Schedule

How It Works:
  • Classes have a "soft" start time. Meaning you come in within the time frame of the class you sign up for. 

  • You can leave at any time prior to the end of the allotted class time. Workouts are designed to take 60-75 minutes.

  • Once your class time has ended please be respectful of the coach's time and attention which needs to be directed to the next class.

  • You will have the option of performing the workout of the day from 3 options:

    • General Strength​

    • Weightlifting

    • Weightlifting + Strength

  • You can also perform a workout programmed by your coach and receive feedback from the coach on-staff.

  • Any further customizations of workouts to you should be discussed with the coach running the class ahead of time.
