
Class Schedule
How It Works:

Classes have a "soft" start time. Meaning you come in within the time frame of the class you sign up for.

You can leave at any time prior to the end of the allotted class time. Workouts are designed to take 60-75 minutes.

Once your class time has ended please be respectful of the coach's time and attention which needs to be directed to the next class.

You will have the option of performing the workout of the day from 3 options:

General Strength​

Weightlifting

Weightlifting + Strength

You can also perform a workout programmed by your coach and receive feedback from the coach on-staff.

Any further customizations of workouts to you should be discussed with the coach running the class ahead of time.
