OUR 
GOALS

Think of us as your gym orientation leaders. We know the gym can be an intimidating place, and another factor that keeps people away is not knowing where to start. Sure, there is tons of information on the internet, but sifting through the different opinions and articles can be exhausting and confusing.

 

We (Adam and Meg) created this program to make the gym more accessible to those who might not have any experience barbell training, but are interested in learning. We've designed a simple and no BS program to get you from ground zero to squatting, benching, deadlifting, and more in 8 weeks. Will you be perfect? Probably not, but you'll be way better off than where you started.

THE 
PROGRAM

WHERE: Kenmore Barbell & Fitness

WHEN: Sept. 25th - Nov. 13th Every Saturday at 9am PLUS 3 days of programming on your own every week.

COST: $400 per person, no extra fees.

 

OVERVIEW:

 

Every Saturday you meet with us, you will be led through a barbell workout and given the opportunity for new skill development and technique refinement (both in a group setting and individually). By the end of the 8 weeks, you should expect to have a general understanding of spine and core stabilization, diaphragmatic breathing, and how to squat, hinge, push, and pull applicable to any exercise you may come across.

 

This program is capped at ten lifters, so don't hesitate to sign up! An investment in yourself and your health is a worthy one.
